Terms of Sale
Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every purchase made through StudioSneakers. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the law of your country of residence apply in addition to these terms and are not limited by them.

2. How a contract is formed
Displaying products on this store is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We will send an automatic acknowledgement confirming we received it — this is not yet acceptance. The contract comes into existence when we send you a shipping confirmation for the goods concerned.
Where an order contains several items, the contract covers only the items named in each shipping confirmation.
Before you place your order you can review and correct your entries at every step of the checkout, and you can cancel the process at any time by closing your browser.
3. Language and record of the contract
The contract may be concluded in English. We store the text of your order and send you the order details by email. You can also access your order history if you have an account.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. The total payable — including delivery and any taxes we collect — is shown before you confirm your order.
Important for customers outside the United States: depending on our tax registrations, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may become payable when your parcel enters your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority on delivery. Our Shipping & Delivery page explains which applies to your order.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order using the methods shown on our Payment Methods page. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full. If a payment is reversed or fails after dispatch, we may recover the goods or the amount owed.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are given on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees.
If you are a consumer in the EU, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you appointed yourself, take physical possession of the goods. If we do not deliver within 30 days of the contract, or within any other period we agreed, you may set an additional reasonable period for delivery and, if we fail to deliver within it, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Full details, including how to exercise the right and the model withdrawal form, are on our Right of Withdrawal page. Consumers in the United Kingdom have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
If you are a consumer in the European Union, we are liable under Directive (EU) 2019/771 for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Within the first year, a defect that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise; in some Member States this presumption period is longer, and the longer national period applies.
Where goods are not in conformity you are entitled, in the first instance, to have them repaired or replaced free of charge and, where that is impossible, disproportionate or not carried out within a reasonable time, to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract. This guarantee is separate from, and additional to, the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Normal wear from use, damage caused by misuse or accident, and deterioration you caused yourself are not defects.
9. Authenticity
We sell only products we believe to be genuine, and each pair is checked before dispatch. If you receive an item you believe is not genuine, contact us within a reasonable time with photographs and we will investigate. Where an item is confirmed not to be genuine, we will refund you in full including all delivery costs, and we will pay the cost of returning it.
10. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, if the listed price was obviously incorrect, if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you promptly if this happens.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at contact@studiosneaker.com — most problems are solved quickly this way. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We do not participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. EU consumers can get free assistance from their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
