These terms govern your use of the StudioSneakers website. The terms that govern the purchase of goods are set out separately in our Terms of Sale, which apply to every order.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by NEXT MKD LLC, trading as StudioSneakers, 30 N Gould St #44295, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to NEXT MKD LLC. Full details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Using this website

You may browse and buy from this store for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems;
introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation or security;
scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, prices or images by automated means;
resell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Accounts

You do not need an account to order, but you may create one. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date, so that we can deliver your orders.

4. Products, images and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are intended to show the product faithfully, but colours can vary between screens and small variations between production runs are normal. Products are offered subject to availability, and we may change or withdraw items at any time without notice.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and can change at any time before you place an order. Whether taxes and import duties are included is explained in our Shipping & Delivery page and shown at checkout before you pay.

Obvious pricing errors are not binding. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors. Brand names, logos and product trademarks belong to their respective owners. StudioSneakers is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands whose products we sell. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any trademark.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, and following such a link is at your own risk.

8. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the site for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for losses arising from the site being unavailable.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence apply in full and are not affected by anything in these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
