Standard shipping (5–10 business days):
Items with this delivery time are ordered specifically for you. Cancellation before shipment is only possible with a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price, as the pair is purchased especially for you.
Your right of withdrawal after receipt remains unaffected.

Returns from abroad:
Within Germany, you will receive a return label; we will deduct €6.99 from your refund for this. For returns from abroad, you must send the item back to us yourself – you will receive the address once you have registered the return in our portal. Exchanges are free of charge.
